Air Canada hereby applies, on behalf of itself and Omni Air International LLC (“Omni”), for
approval pursuant to sections 60 of the Canada Transportation Act (“CTA”) and 8.2 of the Air
Transportation Regulations (“ATR”) to permit Air Canada, while providing a scheduled
international service, to use aircraft with flight crew provided by Omni, between Canada and the
United Kingdom from June 17, 2023, to July 14, 2023.
