Persons who intend to file an objection or an offer are required to do so by
5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Tuesday, March 5, 2024.
The applicant may file its answer to any objection or offer with the Agency by
5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Tuesday, March 12, 2024
and copy them to the respondent(s).
The respondent(s) may file a reply to the applicant's answer by
5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Thursday, March 14, 2024.
Filings in response to this Notice must be sent to the Secretary of the Canadian Transportation Agency and copied to the applicant.
