This table lists the decisions and orders issued by the Canadian Transportation Agency for eligible air travel complaints as required by section 85.14 of the Canada Transportation Act. This list is updated quarterly.
Note: Complaints that include multiple issues (for example a flight delay AND lost baggage) or multiple outcomes requested (such as compensation for inconvenience, refund and reimbursement of expenses), may have more than one order in a decision.
Confidentiality of information: All information about the decisions and orders not included in this table is kept confidential and must not be published unless both parties — the complainant (passenger) and the carrier (airline) — agree to disclose it, as outlined in subsection 85.09(1) of the Canada Transportation Act.
