Saudia and ITA Airways has entered into this Codeshare Agreement to better serve its customers and
provide and maintain improved competitive air services between Italy and Canada from the standpoint
among other things, public convenience, frequency, cost and quality of service. The flights will be
operated pursuant to the codeshare agreement between Saudia and ITA Airways; Saudia being the
marketing carrier and ITA Airways being the operating carrier. The carriers will be undertaking three
flights from Toronto to Rome during the period of May-October 2024.
